By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of a 20 percent charge for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours from the appointment time. Management may make exceptions to this rule in case of emergency.

We strive to keep the salon environment calm. Please take this into consideration with any personal technology brought into the salon. Earpieces or headphones are greatly appreciated.

We love children and doing children services. That said, our salon uses expensive equipment, chemicals and hot tools that can be dangerous for children. We ask that you please refrain from bringing your toddler(s) to your appointment. If you do bring them, please bring someone to watch them so they do not interrupt our focus on you; otherwise, if you bring your toddler(s) without additional supervision, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge the 20 percent cancellation fee. This is for the safety of you, the staff and, most importantly, your little ones.
